UFC 254 took place last Saturday October 24th in Abu Dhabi having as the star fight Khabib Nurmagomédov against Justin Gaethje and the coestelar Robert Whittaker against Jared Cannonier, and many more very interesting fights.

Main Card Results

This fight was the opening of the main card, the sequel of a very controversial fight with the victory of Magomed Ankalaev. This would be the decisive fight, which ended in the first round after 4:20 minutes by KO, giving again the victory to Magomed Ankalaev.

This was the only female fight of the entire main card, disputed by Lauren Murphy and Liliya Shakirova, which ended in the 2nd round by way of submission at 3:32 minutes, with the victory of Lauren Murphy.

This was starring Jacob Malkoun vs Phillips Hawes, this was the fastest fight, finished by KO by Phillips Hawes after the first 19 seconds of the first round, leaving him as the winner.

This contest was disputed by Alexander Volkov vs Walt Harris, this was hard until the second round, finished by Alexander Volkov by the way of the KO just after 1:16 minutes.

This was the co-fight of the night, by former champion Robert Whittaker against Jared Cannonier a promise of the division and this same had lowered two divisions to fight in middleweight, this fight hard the three rounds, were close, but in the third, Robert Whittaker manages to connect Cannonier, managing to knock him down and adding many points. The fight was by decision, and Whittaker was the winner.

And this was the starring role of the night, this was disputed by the Champion Khabib Nurmagomedov and Justin Gaethje the interim Champion, this fight was very expected, as it was the perfect legacy of Khabib with a 27-0 and Gaethje as the promise of the division beating the best fighters. The fight took a very intense pace, but with a domination by Khabib, in the end the fight ended in the second round, after 1:36 minutes by a submission
(a triangle) thus giving the victory to the undefeated Champion Khabib Nurmagomedov with his impeccable 28-0 and fulfilling the promise to his mother, announcing his retirement.
