Recipe: Banana Bread

Today, we’re starting off with our right foot. The best way to start you morning is with a cup of coffee and obviously a slice of this delicious banana bread. This is the best recipe you’ll ever find in the universe.

You will need:

  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 2 butter sticks
  • 2 1/2 cups of flour
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1/4 cup of walnuts
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon

Procedure:

Preheat your oven to 175-200 C°.

In a bowl, mash your bananas until soft, you can still have some chunks of banana and it’s ok.

In a separate bowl, put softened butter and sugar, then you mix all of it and add the bananas and the eggs, mix until it is a soft dough.

Then add the flour and the other dry ingredients, mix until everything is soft again and then add your nuts.

When all of this is done, cover the inside of the recipient where you are baking with butter and a little bit of flour and add the batter there.

When the batter is in the recipient, you put the walnuts on the top and bake it for 1 hour and after that it’s ready for eating!
