There is a new Covid-19 vaccine by Pfizer waiting to be authorized.

Pfizer has requested an authorization for his vaccines in US. The UK has already ordered enough of the vaccine to treat 20 million people.

It is still on process and they haven’t been officially approved. Pfizer and BioNTech expect to produce up to 50 million doses globally in 2020 and up to 1.3 billion doses by the end of 2021. They said they will be ready to distribute the vaccine a few hours after its been approved.
