The Covid-19 Pfizer vaccine is about to arrive in Mexico and for this reason the Secretary of Health prepared and presented its plan for vaccination against the coronavirus in the country.
For now, the first line to be vaccinated is the health personnel since they are attending patients with Covid-19 and risk infecting themselves and others, and by the end of 2021 the Mexican government has a goal of reaching 75% of the population.
Hugo Lopez-Gatell, Assistant Secretary of Health, said that even though the vaccine is about to be given, the process is late so that the vaccine arrives does not mean that the pandemic is over immediately.
«The vaccine is a whole process, not just having a product. The vaccine opens a horizon of hope throughout the world, because this allows us to have a radical turn of what are the instruments to control the pandemic. We must be aware that the vaccine is not a one-day action,» he explained at the press conference.

December 2020-February 2021: Frontline health care workers for pandemic control
February – April 2021: Remaining health personnel and people 60 years and older

What the Pfizer vaccine requires
1.Storage at -70 degrees C.
2.975 doses per package.
3.Five days to finish each package when thawed.
4.Six hours to finish each package with 5 doses, reconstituted.
Stages
The first vaccines that will arrive in Mexico will be part of phase 1, they will be available in December and 125 thousand schemes will be applied between this month and January 2021.
from phase 2 to 5

Personal opinion
In my opinion Mexico has finally done something good since the first infected Mexico and its population could not control the virus, I remember when the government warned people to stay home which annoyed me is that I was at home for 1 month but almost all other people do not care and caused a havoc in the country by just not staying home 2 weeks, what impacts me is that by not following orders and stay home 2 weeks made these 2 weeks extended to many months
