We are about to finish high school and many of us will be separated from our families and friends we grew up with. So today I’m going to talk about some famous people in their high school years.
Merly Streep (1967)
Right Before she became a famous actress . She graduated from Bernards High School in Bernardsville, New Jersey, Streep was the popular cheerleader . Years later she joked «It was my first real characterization,»I played the blonde homecoming queen for a few years.»
Mariah Carey (1987)
The hairspray enthusiast and Harborfields High School senior graduated despite missing most of her classes until she earned the nickname «Mirage as a joke of this.
Bruno Mars (2002)
Before knowing him for his great music talent. He graduated from President Theodore Roosevelt High School in Honolulu, Hawái, in 2002. As a student , the singer sported a curly afro and was known by his real name Peter Gene Hernandez .
Taylor Swift (2005)
The Freshman Princess didn’t feel like a princess until her first album was released . «I don’t really miss much about high school,» she said during her homeschool days, «because the moment I’m in now is like waking up in a dream.
Zac Efron (2006)
The ex high school musical Grad Student actually graduated from Arroyo Grande High School In Arroyo Grande, California, «In real school I sang and danced. It just wasn’t cool … I was very nerdy about it.» Said Zack back in 2016 during an interview with James Corden in his late night show.
